How do Frankie subscriptions work?

One thing we're grateful for at Frankie is you, our amazing customers, and our subscription service is one way for us to say ngā mihi nui/thank you very much for your support - here's how it works.
Create a subscription and save 10% + get 5% back in rewards!
On each product there's an option to purchase as a subscription. You can also set your own delivery frequency. It's like receiving a regular gift box to yourself!
To say thanks for choosing Frankie, you'll save 10% on your second order in a subscription and every subsequent order on the same subscription. Plus, for every purchase you'll earn 1 Frankie Point for every $1 spent. For every 100 points, you get a $5 store credit to use on a non-subscription order - that's 5% back in rewards!
When you're ready to treat yourself, just head to our store to spend your points!
Can I add extra products to a subscription order?
Yes! Just log in to your Frankie account - click on the person icon on top right corner on any page, then select 'Subscriptions' to see your current subscriptions. Then select the 'Edit' button next to the items in your order to add more products.
You can choose to add them just this one time by clicking the 'One time purchase' button, or to the button 'Add' to add them to all your future subscription orders.
Will I save 10% on those products too?
If you're adding it as a regular product in your subscription, yes you'll save 10% from the second time you receive it onwards. If you're adding it as a one-off, it'll be charged at the regular price.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes! Once you've logged in and clicked on 'Subscriptions', you'll see your subscriptions and have the option to pause or cancel at any time.
Can I change how often I receive my subscription order?
Yes! Once you've logged in and clicked on 'Subscriptions', you'll see your subscriptions and have the option to click the 'Edit' link in the section that shows how often you receive your order. From there you can change the frequency.
Are subscriptions auto-billed?
No, not yet - but this is something that will change later in 2024. We will keep in touch with everyone who has a subscription to let you know more.

FAQs
HOW DO I SET UP A SUBSCRIPTION?
On the product page, check the 'subscribe and deliver' option under the product size, use the dropdown to choose how often you would like to receive it, and click the 'add to cart' button. Note, not every product is available on subscription but all those that are will have the 'subscribe and deliver' option below the product variants/size.
HOW OFTEN CAN I RECEIVE PRODUCTS ON SUBSCRIPTION?
Choose from 4 to 8 week intervals to receive your subscription. This can also be changed by logging into our site (via a person icon top right of screen or the Kawakawa leaft), clicking on 'subscriptions' (text link) and then clicking the 'edit' link or button and changing the frequency of your order.
CAN I PAUSE, CANCEL OR CHANGE HOW OFTEN I RECEIVE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes! Once you've logged in and clicked on 'Subscriptions', you'll see your subscriptions and have the option to pause or cancel at any time using the clearly marked buttons.
To change how often you receive them, click on the 'Edit' link in the subscription section and change the subscription frequency.
ARE SUBSCRIPTIONS AVAILABLE ON ALL PRODUCTS?
Subscriptions are available on a selection of single products and not bundles at this stage.
ONCE I HAVE SELECTED A PRODUCT ON SUBSCRIPTION, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
You'll receive a confirmation email and our team will dispatch your products.When it's time for your first recurring order on a subscription, we'll email you an invoice. Once that's paid, we'll ship your subscription to you and you'll save 10% on this order and every recurring order on the same subscription until it is cancelled.
DO I SAVE 10% ON MY FIRST ORDER?
Your 10% saving applies to every recurring order in a subscription, not to the first order.
CAN I ADD EXTRA PRODUCTS TO MY SUBCRIPTION ORDER?
Yes! Just log in to your Frankie account - click on the person icon on top right corner on any page, then select 'Subscriptions' to see your current subscriptions.

Can I use my rewards points on subscription orders?
Reward points can be redeemed against regular purchases but not subscription orders.
Keep in mind, if you want to use rewards points, you can always pause your subscription for a cycle and use your points on a non-subscription purchase through our website.
